Automatic Labeling Machine

Working principle: The bottles are separated by the bottle separating wheel to maintain a certain distance. This enables each bottle to automatically release a label after passing through the photoelectric sensor. At the same time, the batch number and production date are automatically printed. The label is smoothly attached to the bottle body through the bottle rolling mechanism.

(7) This machine adopts stepless speed change control. When the conveying speed is changed, the labeling speed can be adjusted without moving the labeling photoelectric eye.

(8) The waste collection and pre-label supply of this machine are both controlled by independent motors, which improves the labeling speed.

(9) This machine is equipped with an automatic alarm device for the exhaustion of the coding ink ribbon, which improves the qualification rate of products.
