Automatic Blister Packing Machine

Introduction

The machine is applicable to capsule and tablet. ln addition, it is also applied to automatic high-speed blister packaging of milk powder candy, buccal tablet, chewing gum and marble chocolate. The plate positive pressure forming is used, and PVC blister appearance is even; the roller is sealed by overlapping curve, and appearance is beautiful and sealing effect is reliable; the batch number is easily replaced, and can be changed every day under the condition of guaranteeing the effect; the punching station can be general punching or micro-side punching and punching without side, which can save greatly save cost, minimize human cost and material cost, and enhance greatly production efficiency.

The high-speed roll type blister packing machine is designed by servo traction mechanical drive, and features with high degree of automation, quick replacement of components and working modes, and low fault rate. It can match with the boxing machine and meet various on-line packaging requirements of various types.
