Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced. If you choose to cancel, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
Returns Policy
We accept product returns. Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process. Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.
Customers will incur shipping costs only once (this includes returns), and there are no restocking fees for returned items.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the receipt of your item. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Quality and Quantity Discrepancies
For quality discrepancies, claims must be submitted by the buyer within 30 days of receiving the goods. For quantity discrepancies, claims should be made within 15 days of receipt. The seller is not liable for any discrepancies caused by the shipping company, insurance provider, or port office.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If necessary, reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing delay before refunds appear.
